Through the implementation of the free health screening, the government hopes to increase people's awareness of their health histories.
"This actually promotes a change in behavior so that people care more about their medical records," he explained.
He said that by participating in the free screenings, people's health history can be recorded properly through the SATUSEHAT application.
He also lauded the Ministry of Health for its thorough preparations for the program’s official rollout on Monday.

To avoid queues at community health centers, people who wish to undergo a free health screening can register via the SATUSEHAT application or WhatsApp (+6281110500567).
Meanwhile, people who do not have a phone can register by bringing their ID card to the health center.
The free screening program is the second quick-win program of the government under the leadership of President Prabowo Subianto after the Free Nutritious Meals program, which commenced earlier in January 2025.
The target beneficiaries of the free screening program, which is based on the "no one left behind" principle, are 281 million Indonesians of all age groups, ranging from babies to older adults.
The government has allocated Rp4.7 trillion (around US$287.6 million) for the program.
In the initial stage, the program is targeting children aged 0–6 years and people aged over 18 years. It will be implemented in schools for children aged 7 to 17 from July.
