Jakarta (ANTARA) - President Prabowo Subianto believes his Cabinet has shown strong performance and teamwork so far, according to Head of the Presidential Communications Office (PCO), Hasan Nasbi, in response to public speculation about an impending reshuffle.

"What the President conveyed today is that he sees the Cabinet as very solid and cohesive," Nasbi said in a press statement in Jakarta on Thursday.

He noted that President Prabowo appreciates the hard work of all Cabinet members and the collaborative spirit demonstrated across ministries and institutions.

"The President expressed his gratitude to all Cabinet members, saying they have worked very hard, with wholehearted dedication, as part of a solid team," Nasbi said.

He added that Prabowo views himself as the captain of a united team.

"The ministries are not working in silos — there is strong cooperation across ministries and agencies," Nasbi quoted the President as saying.

Nasbi also emphasized that a Cabinet reshuffle is entirely the President's prerogative. So far, Prabowo has made no official indication, either publicly or privately, of any imminent changes.

"Speculation about a reshuffle is normal," Nasbi said. "But today, the President believes his Cabinet is cohesive and performing well."

Earlier in mid-July, President Prabowo had said that a reshuffle might be considered if ministers failed to act swiftly on major decisions.
