Samarinda, East Kalimantan (ANTARA) - The transfer of 32,937 civil servants (ASNs) to Nusantara in East Kalimantan would be in stages until 2029, according to Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform, Abdullah Azwar Anas.
"ASNs will be transferred in three stages based on priorities," he noted in a press release from the Nusantara Capital City Authority (OIKN) on Friday.
Anas said that the government has also prepared several plans to meet the needs of civil servants in the new state capital city, including recruitment of new ASNs, particularly from East Kalimantan.
