Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Health Ministry has won international accolade for its digital health transformation efforts through the Sehat IndonesiaKu (ASIK) Application, which won the Gold Award in the public sector category at the 2025 ASEAN Digital Awards.
Health Ministry wins
In a statement received on Monday, the ministry's expert staff for health technology and chief of the Digital Transformation Office (DTO), Setiaji, said that the award is a recognition of the effort taken to digitalize and integrate public health data recording through ASIK.
According to him, ASIK is a part of the national health ecosystem called SATUSEHAT, which supports integrated health services.
So far, ASIK has been utilized by 98.6 percent of health centers in Indonesia. In addition, it has been integrated with the national health information system, recording more than 247 million vaccination data, 134 million non-communicable disease screenings, and 42 million weighing measurements for children up to 5 years old.

"ASIK, which we launched on May 18, 2022, has improved the quality of health data and facilitated health services for the community," he informed.
He then dedicated the award to cadres and health workers posted at integrated health posts and health centers who implemented ASIK.
"This success is also the result of the hard work of the Ministry of Health's Digital Transformation Office (DTO) team, represented by Dewi Nur Aisyah and Karina Kusumawardani, who successfully nailed a rigorous assessment process of professional judges from ASEAN, Japan, Australia, and Poland," he said.
