Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Ministry of Immigration and Corrections has prepared 968 locations nationwide for the implementation of community service sentences under the new Criminal Code (KUHP), which came into effect on Friday."Through the heads of correctional centers across Indonesia, we have coordinated with regional governments and partners to support the implementation of non-custodial community service sentences," Minister of Immigration and Corrections, Agus Andrianto, said in a statement on Saturday.
He said the designated locations include school sanitation facilities, places of worship, city parks, orphanages, and Islamic boarding schools.
