Jakarta (ANTARA) - Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka visited the sixth Indonesian president, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY), at the Gatot Soebroto Army Central Hospital (RSPAD) in Jakarta and prayed for his good health.
After landing at Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base in Jakarta on Monday afternoon, Gibran headed to the RSPAD to visit SBY, who has been undergoing treatment at the hospital since Saturday (July 19, 2025).
“Thank God, SBY has been allowed to (go) back home. Let us pray that Mr. SBY will always (be) given good health,” he wrote in a post on his personal Instagram account @gibran_rakabuming, which was accessed from Jakarta on Monday.
As stated by the Instagram account @aniyudhoyono -- previously owned by SBY's wife, the late Ani Yudhoyono, and now managed by the team -- SBY's health condition is improving after he was admitted to the RSPAD.

“Currently Mr. SBY is undergoing treatment at the RSPAD Hospital. Thank God, his condition shows good progress and medical treatment is going well,” as quoted from the account on Saturday.

In the picture accompanying the post, SBY appeared to be continuing his hobby of painting at the hospital.
“Even though his right hand is still on an IV, his enthusiasm for creating has not diminished. With his left hand, he again holds a brush and loses himself in color. A truly heartwarming moment,” the account said.
