Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Law and Human Rights Ministry has emphasized that collaboration between parties is key to realize Respect, Protection, Fulfillment, Enforcement, and Advancement of Human Rights (P5 HAM) for people with mental disabilities in Indonesia."Challenges in human rights enforcement, especially for mentally disabled people, remain an issue that must be tackled," the ministry's director general of human rights, Dhahana Putra, said here on Friday.
